​​This section of the website is for the members of the League of  Women Voters of Champaign County (LWVCC) and is publicized only in material sent to members.  It’s a companion to the public website lwvchampaigncounty.org, which is intended for everyone.  LWVCC is a chapter of the national League of Women Voters (LWVUS) and part of the Illinois League of Women Voters (LWVIL ).

Member Directory

LWVCC produces a full League Member Directory with photo and contact information each August.  Each member is mailed a paper copy. New members are mailed a copy when they join the League. If you don't have one, or need a replacement, contact Carol Bosley, Member Services team.

New Members Checklist

Get a Member Directory  - The Member Services team will send you a paper copy of the chapter's member directory.  New members are asked to send a photo of yourself to Carol Bosley for inclusion in the next edition. 

Get to know the chapter  - The League of Women Voters of Champaign County has a lot of diverse activities. To become familiar with these activities:  

• Read LWVCC's newsletter The Voter each month. It will come to your email around the first of the month. The latest issue is also available on the home page of this site. For even more background, browse through previous Voter issues.  
  
• Browse the LWCC's website for details on what the League is doing and how it works.  The website has a public section and a section that is available only to members.  To access the  Member Corner section, you need a password.  Both sections will give you perspective on our chapter's activities. 
• View the LWCC's Facebook, Instagram and YouTube sites.  Notice that links to each of these applications are found in the footnote of every webpage on this site. 
  

​Volunteer  - Contact the Member Services team to discuss how you might get involved with a team or a specific task.  We'll be happy to meet with you on the phone or on Zoom.  If you're thinking of volunteering, take a look at the list of LWVCC teams.  Contact one or more team leads to ask for more information about observing or getting involved. It's a fast track to learning about LWVCC.
