Your Voting Options
Registered voters in Champaign county have a number of options for voting:
Vote by Mail
Voting by mail is a safe and effective way to cast your ballot. According to Illinois law, a voter must request a mail ballot for each election in which you want to vote by mail. In order to receive a mail ballot to use for the February 23 primary, you must request one from the County Clerk’s office. Requested ballots will be sent out to voters who requested them starting January 14.
After receiving your ballot you can fill it out at home and then return it. You can mail your ballot back through the US Mail free of charge or drop it off in person at the County Clerk's office. Ballot drop boxes are not available for this election.
