Lessons from the Edge is an inspiring and fascinating memoir by the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine—a pioneering diplomat who spent her career advancing democracy in the post-Soviet world. Marie Yovanovitch recounts her career in public service and the experience of testifying during President Trump’s first impeachment. Madeleine Albright calls Yovanovitch's memoir "essential reading for current policymakers, aspiring diplomats, and anyone who cares about America’s role in the world." The Champaign Public Library is located at 200 W. Green Street in Champaign. |
