Radio Public Service Announcements (PSA)
Below is a series of radio Public Service Announcements developed by LWVCC members to announce upcoming election-related dates and information. The League will likely use these PSAs for the current election season. The MP3 recordings are from 2022 and are provided here so you can hear how they sounded. The text explanations are still correct; all we do is change the dates each election season. The dates are current for the 2025 Municipal Consolidated Election. Members of the pubic are welcome to download these texts and change the dates as needed.

Voting in the April 1 Municipal Consolidated Election is a way for your voice to be heard! If you are a first-time voter or have a new address, register or update your information now — online, on paper, or in person. The Champaign County Clerk’s website has all the official information at champaigncountyclerkil.gov. Brought to you by League of Women Voters of Champaign County. Your voice! Your vote! It counts! [Note: the last day to register using the paper form is March 4 . The last day to register online is March 16. So if you want to use this text, suggest you do that before March 4. People can also register to vote and vote on the same day starting March 12 at Brookens, and March 24 at early voting sites around the county. |
