I'm sending this to make sure you are aware that the restraining order the Effingham judge issued applies ONLY to Effingham County.

Judge issues restraining order in downstate challenge to ban on high-powered rifles
A downstate judge has issued a temporary restraining order to block the state's new ban on high-powered weapons and large-capacity magazines from being enforced against the plaintiffs in an Effingham County lawsuit. The restraining order does not apply statewide.
